Xanda are looking for talented and experienced GoLang developers to join our highly skilled London-based Enterprise Cloud Development Projects team. We want developers who can contribute towards the delivery of a range of projects from inception to completion, working with a broad mix of professionals and companies with diverse skill sets and requirements.

Job Details

Beome an important member of our close-knit Enterprise Cloud Platform development team. Strong GoLang (Go) skills are required to work within our Agile team developing powerful, intuitive and disruptive cloud based programs and digital transoformations.

Required skills

  • GoLang – Strong in Golang (Go) – with a minimum of 2 years commercial experience
  • Knowledge of common Go routine and channel patterns, frameworks and tools
  • Writing scalable, robust, testable, efficient, and easily maintainable code
  • Translating software requirements into stable, working, high performance software
  • Strong knowledge and experience with HTTP/networking/proxies
  • Good skills in tracing and performance optimisations
  • Ability to work with a large codebase / databases

Advantageous

  • Experience with the gRPC protocol
  • Structure our user interface with React and ensure REST API access is available for enterprise-grade finance customers on-demand
  • PHP
  • Cloud Environment (ideally AWS) experience and knowledge

Location

Xanda operate out of our North London offices very close to East Finchley tube station on the Northern Line. Jobs are for in-office work. Limited hybrid working plans are available subject to reasoned request.

Salary

£45,000 – £65,000 per annum, negotiable considering skills and experience.

  • Possess outstanding attention to detail and understand the need for high quality documentation.
  • Collaborate with various companies (vendors, operators & others) to provide technical recommendations and specifications for wider industry adoption.
  • Be highly experienced in the Agile methodology and processes with a hands-on approach to assist with the design and prototyping for product backlog and road-mapped features.
  • Be able to work towards deadlines, being personally resilient and able to handle, at times, the pressure of a demanding workload and complex client needs.
